Liveclicker Insights Now Supports HyperLogLog (HLL)
BACKGROUND:
Timely, accurate query responses are vital to understanding campaign performance. Extremely large data sets can lag while running, delaying reports.
SOLUTION:
HyperLogLog (HLL) in the Liveclicker platform gives you a choice when handling large data sets. HLL is an industry-standard way to handle large data sets and provides high accuracy and low execution time. It uses a combination of mathematical techniques to process your queries, giving you an approximated total in less time than a traditional Insights query.
Contact your CSM or Support to have HLL enabled on your account.
What this looks like in Liveclicker:
Once HLL is enabled on your account, you can find the setting by selecting Edit on a data card. The toggle is at the top of the card in edit mode.
